I begin by updating character rigs based on the storyboard or script. This ensures that the rigs align with the animation style and requirements of the show. Using tools like Harmony and Adobe Animate, I create key poses that define the structure and flow of each scene. These poses follow the animation bible and visual style of the series.

After completing the keyposing stage, I move on to the animation process. This includes in-betweening, breakdowns, and refining motion to bring scenes to life. For example, I apply animation principles such as timing, squash and stretch, anticipation, overshoot, follow-through, and more. In addition, I carefully adapt these principles to match the unique style and animation bible of each show.

Whether it’s a snappy, fast-paced style or a more fluid and expressive approach, I ensure the animation stays true to the show’s vision. My goal is to create dynamic, engaging animations that resonate with audiences and elevate the storytelling.
