Questions
Before you decide
The questions organizations usually ask before starting a retainer.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Plans are invoiced monthly. Annual agreements are available if you prefer one, but none is required to start.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
We review the plan when we plan the month. Extra work is quoted before it starts, so nothing is added to an invoice without being agreed first.
How many rounds of revisions are there?
Two rounds on every piece. If a piece needs more than that, we talk about it and agree the cost before any extra work begins.
Who will I be working with?
Directly with me. There is one point of contact and no account managers in between. I adapt to your process and fit in as a member of your team, working in your Slack or Teams and on your project board.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 hours on working days, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM AST.
Do you work in French?
Yes. Work is delivered in English and French, including bilingual layouts.
Can a retainer cover character or long-form animation?
Retainers cover short animated loops and motion packages. Character animation and long-form animation are quoted per project, then can sit alongside a retainer.
